How cancellations, refunds, and replacements work at DripVitals. Last updated: July 7, 2026.
We want the billing side of your care to be as clear as the medical side. This policy explains when charges apply, how to cancel, and when refunds or replacements are available. It works together with our Terms of Service.
A licensed provider reviews every intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate. If the provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, you are not charged for medication. If a plan payment was collected at checkout before the provider review and no prescription is issued, that medication payment is refunded in full to your original payment method.
For safety and under state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned, restocked, or resold once they have been dispensed and shipped. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds on medication orders that have already shipped, except in the situations described below.
If your medication arrives damaged, compromised (for example, a temperature-sensitive product that arrives without adequate cold packaging), incorrect, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at support@dripvitals.com. After verification with the pharmacy and carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment or a refund for the affected order at no cost to you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops all future renewals and future shipments. To avoid being billed for an upcoming cycle, cancel before your next billing date; charges already processed for a shipment that has been dispensed are subject to the no-return rule above.
If you cancel a prepaid multi-month plan (including plans financed through a buy-now-pay-later provider), you will receive a prorated refund for full months of medication that have not yet been dispensed or shipped, at the effective monthly rate of your plan. Months already dispensed or shipped are not refundable. Refunds for plans financed through a buy-now-pay-later provider are issued through that provider and applied against your remaining balance according to their terms.
If your provider determines during treatment that you should stop a medication for medical reasons, contact support. Undispensed months of a prepaid plan will be refunded on the prorated basis described above.
Because dispensed prescription medication cannot be returned, refunds are not available for dispensed orders due to a change of mind, or because you experienced known side effects. If you experience side effects, message your provider — dose adjustments or a different treatment may be appropriate — and review our Important Safety Information. If you experience a severe reaction, seek medical care immediately.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will confirm every refund by email.
If you finance a plan through a third-party buy-now-pay-later provider, your payment schedule, interest (if any), and installment obligations are governed by your agreement with that provider. Approved refunds are issued to that provider and applied against your remaining balance under the provider’s terms; canceling your DripVitals subscription does not by itself cancel an installment agreement, and you remain responsible for amounts owed for dispensed months.
Promotional or first-month pricing applies only for the disclosed promotional period. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, promotional pricing may not be available again, and any refund is calculated using the effective rate actually paid for the months at issue.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@dripvitals.com — most billing issues are resolved within 2 business days. Initiating a payment-card chargeback for a charge that complies with this policy and our Terms of Service may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated, and we reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of your orders, consents, and shipment records.
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Changes apply prospectively and will not reduce refund rights for purchases made before the change.
