How our medical review works

1. Clinical drafting. Treatment and dosing content is drafted from primary sources — FDA labeling, peer-reviewed trials (for example, the STEP and SURMOUNT programs for GLP-1 medications), and recognized clinical guidelines.

2. Licensed review. A licensed practitioner reviews medical claims for accuracy, safety framing, and realistic expectations before a page is published, and again when it is materially updated.

3. Compliance standards. We state plainly when a medication is FDA-approved and when it is a compounded preparation (which is not FDA-approved), we do not promise outcomes, and every treatment page links to Important Safety Information.

4. Ongoing updates. Pages are revisited as evidence, availability, and pricing change. If you spot something out of date, contact us — we correct quickly.
