About DripVitals

DripVitals is a physician-led telehealth medical clinic for weight loss and wellness. We connect patients with licensed clinicians who prescribe — only when appropriate — compounded GLP-1 medications and wellness therapies, fulfilled by licensed U.S. pharmacies and supported by real, ongoing provider care.

Why we exist

Effective medical weight-loss treatment used to mean months-long waitlists, in-person visits, and pricing designed to confuse. We built DripVitals around a simpler standard: a real medical review by a licensed provider, honest information about what medications can and can't do, transparent subscription pricing with no charge unless you're prescribed, and support that doesn't disappear after checkout.

We're equally clear about what we're not: we don't sell miracle cures, we don't promise outcomes, and we state plainly that compounded medications are not FDA-approved products. Our medical review process holds every page on this site to that standard.

A licensed provider reviews
A clinician licensed in your state reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate. They can, and do, say no.
STEP 3
Your prescription ships
If prescribed, a licensed U.S. pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it to your door with everything you need to start.
STEP 4
Ongoing care, included
Dose guidance, side-effect support, and provider check-ins are part of every plan — not an upsell.

Medical leadership

Clinical care at DripVitals is led by Dr. Emanuel Noel Cruz Tancinco, MD (ABAARM · FAAMM · DABOM), our attending physician — a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine, with practice focused on hormone optimization, obesity and metabolic medicine, longevity-focused care, and functional medicine. He holds active medical licenses in all 26 states we serve — which is exactly why we operate in those 26 states and no others. Every treatment protocol and clinical page on this site is reviewed under his oversight.

What we offer
