Physician-led telehealth care in four simple steps — online intake, review by a clinician licensed in your state, and, if appropriate, medication dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to you.
Drip Vitals is a physician-led telehealth medical clinic. Care is delivered entirely online, under the clinical leadership of Dr. Emmanuel Noel Cruz Tancinco, MD, and provided only by clinicians licensed in your state.
Here is exactly what happens from the moment you begin.
Complete your online medical intake
You share your health history, current medications, allergies, and goals through a secure online questionnaire. This information is used to evaluate whether treatment is medically appropriate for you.
A licensed clinician reviews your information
A provider licensed in your state reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Treatment is not guaranteed — a clinician can, and does, decline when it is not clinically suitable or safe.
If appropriate, a prescription is issued
Medication is prescribed only when a licensed clinician determines it is medically appropriate for you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. There is no obligation to prescribe.
Your medication is dispensed and shipped
If prescribed, your prescription is sent to an independent, licensed partner pharmacy, which prepares, dispenses, and ships your medication directly to you. You can message your care team through the secure patient portal for follow-up.
A real medical evaluation — not automatic approval
Drip Vitals establishes a genuine patient-provider relationship before any prescription is written. A licensed clinician reviews every intake individually. Not everyone qualifies, and treatment is declined when it is not appropriate.

Who this may not be right for
Treatment may not be appropriate if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to become pregnant; have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2; have certain other medical conditions; or take medications that may interact. Transparent pricing
Pricing is shown before you check out, with no hidden fees. You only pay if a clinician determines treatment is appropriate and you choose to proceed. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Licensed partner pharmacies
Drip Vitals does not own or operate a pharmacy. When treatment is prescribed, it is dispensed by an independent, licensed pharmacy. Our current partner pharmacies and their contact details are listed in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
