Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Consumer health data disclosures for Washington, Nevada, and other jurisdictions, separate from our general Privacy Policy. Effective Date: September 10, 2026. Last Updated: September 10, 2026.
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes the consumer health data practices of Drip Vitals LLC, doing business as Drip Vitals.
It is intended to provide disclosures required by applicable consumer health data privacy laws, including laws that may apply to residents or consumers in Washington, Nevada, and other jurisdictions.
This policy is separate from the general Drip Vitals Privacy Policy.
1. Consumer Health Data We May Collect
Depending on your interaction with Drip Vitals, consumer health data may include information relating to your physical or mental health status; symptoms; diagnoses; treatment information; prescription medications; medication history; weight, height or body measurements; treatment goals; reproductive or pregnancy-related information where clinically relevant; laboratory results; health conditions; allergies; photographs submitted for healthcare purposes; information identifying your attempt to obtain healthcare services; health-related purchasing information; and information inferred from health-related information you provide.
2. Sources of Consumer Health Data
We may obtain consumer health data directly from you; from Dr. Emmanuel Noel Cruz Tancinco or other authorized healthcare professionals; through medical intake forms; through your patient portal; through telehealth consultations; through SMS, email or telephone communications; from laboratories; from partner pharmacies; from devices or technology you voluntarily connect to our services where applicable; and from service providers acting on our behalf.
3. Why We Collect and Use Consumer Health Data
We collect and use consumer health data to provide services requested by you, including determining treatment eligibility, providing medical evaluation and treatment, communicating with you, prescribing medication when medically appropriate, coordinating prescription fulfillment, providing follow-up care, maintaining medical records, providing customer support, processing transactions, maintaining safety and security, preventing fraud, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
We may also use appropriately de-identified or aggregated information for lawful operational, analytical, quality-improvement, and business purposes.
4. Consumer Health Data We May Share
Depending on the service requested, we may share information concerning treatment, prescriptions, health history, identity, contact information, laboratory information, transaction status, and related information where necessary to provide services or where otherwise permitted by law.
We limit the information shared to what is reasonably appropriate for the applicable purpose.
5. Parties With Whom Consumer Health Data May Be Shared
Consumer health data may be shared with:
Drip Vitals clinical personnel, including prescribing physician Dr. Emmanuel Noel Cruz Tancinco.
Partner pharmacies, which currently may include Hallandale Pharmacy, RX Compound Store, and Greenstone RX, when necessary for lawful prescription fulfillment.
Healthcare service providers, such as laboratories or diagnostic providers when requested or clinically appropriate.
Service providers and processors, such as patient-portal providers, electronic-health-record systems, secure communications providers, hosting providers, cybersecurity services, identity-verification providers, and other vendors acting on our behalf.
Payment providers, including Square, to the extent necessary to process and administer transactions. Medical information provided to payment processors is limited where practicable.
Governmental, regulatory, legal or public-safety authorities when disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
6. Sale of Consumer Health Data
Drip Vitals does not sell consumer health data for monetary consideration.
Drip Vitals will not engage in a transaction constituting a “sale” of consumer health data under an applicable consumer health data law without obtaining any separate written authorization required by that law.
7. Advertising and Tracking
Drip Vitals does not intentionally transmit medical intake information or authenticated patient-portal health information to third-party advertising platforms for their independent targeted advertising purposes.
Public portions of our website may use limited analytics, security, functionality, and marketing technologies where permitted by applicable law.
Health-related tracking technologies are reviewed and configured with the goal of preventing unauthorized disclosure of protected medical or consumer health information.
8. Your Consumer Health Data Rights
Subject to applicable law and applicable exemptions, you may have the right to confirm whether Drip Vitals collects, shares, or sells consumer health data concerning you; access that data; obtain information regarding certain third parties or affiliates with whom data was shared; withdraw consent from future collection or sharing where processing is based on consent; request deletion; request correction where provided by law; and appeal certain decisions regarding a privacy request.

You may also contact us through the patient portal or another privacy-request mechanism provided on our website.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
10. Deletion Requests
Where required by applicable consumer health data law, a verified deletion request may require Drip Vitals to delete applicable consumer health data from its systems and notify relevant processors, contractors, or other parties as required by law.
Certain information may nevertheless be retained when retention is required or permitted by healthcare, medical-record, legal, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or other applicable law.
11. Consent and Withdrawal of Consent
Where consumer consent is legally required to collect or share consumer health data, Drip Vitals will seek consent before the applicable collection or sharing.
When consent is the legal basis for processing, you may withdraw that consent for future processing through the methods described in this policy.
Withdrawal does not necessarily affect lawful processing that occurred before withdrawal.
12. Security
Drip Vitals maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards reasonably designed to protect consumer health data.
Access to health information is restricted to personnel and service providers with an appropriate need to access it.
13. Washington Consumers
To the extent the Washington My Health My Data Act applies, Drip Vitals provides Washington consumers the rights and disclosures required under Chapter 19.373 RCW.
Drip Vitals will obtain affirmative consent when required before collecting or sharing consumer health data and separate valid authorization where required before selling consumer health data.
Consumers may exercise applicable access, deletion, withdrawal, and appeal rights using the contact information in this policy.
14. Nevada Consumers
To the extent Nevada consumer health data law applies, Drip Vitals provides Nevada consumers the rights required under Nevada law concerning collection, use, sharing, access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and appeals.
Drip Vitals will obtain separate authorization before any sale of consumer health data where required.
15. Relationship to HIPAA
Certain information maintained by Drip Vitals may be protected by HIPAA or other healthcare-specific privacy laws.
Where information is exempt from a consumer health data statute because it is regulated under HIPAA or another law, Drip Vitals will process that information according to the law that applies.
Other health-related information not covered by a healthcare-specific exemption may remain subject to applicable consumer health data privacy laws.
16. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when our consumer health data practices materially change.
Where applicable law requires notice or consent before collecting, using, or sharing additional categories of consumer health data or using data for additional purposes, Drip Vitals will provide the required notice or obtain the required consent.
