Terms and Conditions

Effective date: July 15, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Drip Vitals LLC ("DripVitals," "we," "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Our Services

DripVitals operates a technology platform that connects individuals with independent, licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations and, where appropriate, facilitates fulfillment of prescribed treatments through licensed pharmacies. DripVitals does not itself practice medicine or pharmacy. All medical decisions, including whether to prescribe any treatment, are made solely by licensed providers based on their independent professional judgment. Compounded medications available through the platform are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved.

2. No Medical Advice; Emergencies

Content on our websites is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on our sites. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. The services are not intended for emergency care.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where our services are available to use them. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information — including health information submitted during intake — and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Providing false or incomplete health information can result in serious harm and is grounds for termination of services.

4. Telehealth Consent

By using the services you consent to receive care via telehealth, which has limitations compared to in-person care, including the absence of physical examination. Your provider will determine whether telehealth is appropriate for your needs. You may be asked to acknowledge a separate telehealth informed-consent document during intake, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Prescriptions and Treatment

A consultation does not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed. Providers may decline to prescribe when treatment is not clinically appropriate. Use prescribed treatments only as directed, review all materials provided with your medication, and contact your provider or care team with questions or side effects. Treatments, formulations, and availability may change based on clinical, regulatory, or supply considerations.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Plans are offered as subscriptions billed at the interval shown at checkout (for example, monthly, or upfront for multi-month plans). The full billed amount for each plan is displayed before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals. You are not charged for medication unless it is prescribed. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees for medication that has been prescribed and dispensed are non-refundable.

7. Shipping

Prescribed medications ship from licensed pharmacies in discreet packaging to the address you provide. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by state, pharmacy, and carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Inspect shipments promptly and contact us about any problem with your order.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by: providing false information; using the services on behalf of another person without authorization; reselling or distributing any medication; scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the platform; or violating any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The services, including all content, trademarks, and software, are owned by DripVitals or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Third-party product names and trademarks referenced on our sites belong to their respective owners; DripVitals is not affiliated with those owners unless expressly stated.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. DripVitals does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular health outcome will be achieved. Individual results vary.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIPVITALS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO DRIPVITALS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits the professional responsibility of licensed providers for the care they deliver.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DripVitals and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights under the law of your state of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes may be communicated through the services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
