Effective date: July 15, 2026 · This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to "consumer health data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370, for consumers covered by those laws.
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect the following categories of consumer health data: health conditions, symptoms, diagnoses, and treatments you share during intake or care; medications and prescription information; measurements you provide such as height and weight; information about your use of health-related services and purchases; communications with your care team; and inferences derived from the above to provide our services.
We collect consumer health data directly from you (for example, intake forms, account activity, and messages), from licensed providers and pharmacies involved in your care, and from service providers that process data on our behalf.
We collect and use consumer health data to: provide the products and services you request, including facilitating telehealth consultations and pharmacy fulfillment; communicate with you about your care, orders, and account; process payments; provide customer support; maintain safety, security, and legal compliance; and improve our services. We use consumer health data for these purposes with your consent or as necessary to provide services you have requested.
We share consumer health data with: the licensed healthcare providers who deliver your care; licensed pharmacies that fill prescriptions; and service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations (for example, hosting, payment processing, and communications vendors). We may also disclose data when required by law. We do not sell your consumer health data.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: confirm whether we collect, share, or process your consumer health data and to access that data, including a list of third parties with whom it has been shared; withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data; and request deletion of your consumer health data. Exercising these rights will not result in discriminatory treatment, though some requests may affect our ability to provide services to you.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@dripvitals.com with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request," or use our contact page. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing support@dripvitals.com with the subject line "Appeal." If your appeal is unsuccessful, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint (Washington residents) or the Nevada Attorney General (Nevada residents).
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
